Owatonna Park Passport Program Is Underway

The Owatonna Park and Rec's Park Passport Program has begun. Pickup your passport at the Park and Rec Office or download it from the Park and Rec website.

When you visit the parks listed, find the hidden words. They're located on a yellow sign about 2-4 feet above the ground. These signs will be up until Sept. 24. From Sept. 25 through Oct. 5 new white signs with a word will be put up. Write the hidden password for each park in the appropriate box on your passport to see the message. Then return your completed passport to Park and Rec by noon on Oct. 9 for a chance to win some great prizes.

Prizes this year include a $450 gift certificate toward a Brooktree Golf Course membership, a Cabela's gift package, a bike package gift certificate to Straight River Sports, passes for next season at River Springs Water Park and a $100 value pack of sporting equipment.
