Mayor Shares Thoughts on Minnesota Roads

Owatonna Mayor Tom Kuntz was among the group of area mayors to attend Gov. Mark Dayton's conference in Mankato on Wednesday in regards to his plan for funding road and bridge improvement in Minnesota, including Highway 14.
