Kat Kountry 105 Kountry Kat of the Week

The Kat Kountry 105 Kountry Kat of the Week is Stripe. She gets along well with her siblings. Her hobbies include chasing up and down her cat tree and mellowing out with her catnip. Stripe is a cutie and she's been in foster care since December and is just over 1 year old.

She's litter box trained, vet-checked, neutered, vaccinated and dewormed. Her adoption fee is $100.

The folks at Care.com Think Tank have come out with the rankings for states with the healthiest pets. Montana checks in at No. 1 followed by Nebraska, Colorado, New Mexico and Idaho. Criteria used in reaching this conclusion included illness, which saw Montana come in first; Minnesota ranked eighth. Access to a Vet was another category with Nebraska coming in first and Minnesota 20th. As far as spending on a pet, New Hampshire was first and Minnesota ranked 11th.
