The Waseca Garden Club invites everyone to their Free Garden Tour this Sunday, Aug. 2. Hours will be 1-5PM. Stop at the Bailey/Lewer House at 315 Second Ave. N.E. in Waseca and pick up a map to the six gardens on this year's tour. They'll also be serving refreshments.

Stop on this years tour include Trowbridge Park and the Millie Neidt, Amy and Ralph Schmidt, Carl Tollefson, Jennifer and Steven Johnson and the Renee and Richard Lukkes residences.

Each garden has something unique to offer. At one of the homes, you'll be invited to tour a collection of auto artifacts including a gas pump. You'll be able to check out a tree sculpture of an eagle. There's also a garden with a hollyhock display along with a raspberry patch. One of the stops is also home to many Little House on the Prairie items.

Diversity is a good way to describe this year's tour. It's 1-5PM Sunday, rain or shine.
