As most of you know, the Steve Miller Band is going to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. And they are celebrating by booking a concert into the Northrop Auditorium on the University of Minnesota campus on June 29. Tickets go on sale Friday at noon for $65-$100 by way of the Northrop box office, U of M Online ticket system, or you can call (612) 624-2345. It's not a huge venue, so I will bet the tickets will go fast.

Paul Simon was in town to do the Prairie Home Companion show and decided to book a concert at the Orpheum Theatre on June 14. Tickets go on sale Saturday at noon through Ticketmaster, be prepared for $64.50-$144.50.  You can also go online or in person at the State Theater Box Office.

And for those who really want to hear the "Bandstand Boogie" or "Mandy," or take a trip to the Copa, Copacabana, Barry Manilow is coming to the Xcel Energy Center on April 7. Tickets go on sale Wednesday at 10AM via the arena box office or Ticketmaster. Seats start at $19.75 (that was the year "Mandy" hit it big) on up to $169.75. Dave Koz will open the show.
