Race day is only a few days away. I prefer to call it a run, rather than a race. I mostly hope for a personal best, although picking off a few runners at the end would feel good.
Sometimes its more about the elevation change than the elevation. I have spent a good chunk of July walking, jogging and running hills, trails and mountains.
