Straight River Days Start Thursday

Medford's Straight River Days starts Thursday with the Miss Medford Pageant. A total of 27 young ladies will be vying for the title at 7PM on Thursday, June 15. The pageant will be at the Owatonna Holiday Inn and Suites. Admission is a dollar.

The City-Wide garage sales begin at 8AM on Saturday with the parade slated for 7PM. Lineup for the parade begins at 5:30PM with around 100 units expected. After the parade there will be music in the park provided by In the Fields.

Straight River Days start early on Sunday with the Fire5-5k Run/Walk at 7:30AM. Other activities include the Extreme Car Show at 10AM. Food stands open at 11AM. The Kids Peddle Tractor Pull which is a sanctioned event will start at 1PM.

The Wild Things Zoo Program will be at 1:30PM and the Medford Pool Olympics begin at 3:30PM. Smoke Screen will provide the music at the Muni Street Dance starting at 9PM Saturday night.
