The Steele County Safe and Drug Free Coalition is teaming with other groups in presenting a community forum. A night to Know The Truth will be Wednesday, November 15 at 6PM at the Owatonna High School.

There wlil be an exhibit starting at 6PM showing a teenagers bedroom . Included in the set will be clues parents should look for when  they suspect their child may be involved with drugs.

A presentation will take place at 6:30PM followed by a question and answer session from 7:30-8PM.

Andi Gaffke of the Steele County Safe and Drug Free coalition pointed out on AM 1390's Talk of the Town that most kids aren't involved in drugs or alcohol. Yet it's the kids that are using that get talked about the most and hence some youth get the misconception that everyone else is doing it.

The public is invited to this free forum presented in cooperation with the Minnesota Prairie Alliance, Owatonna Police Department. Steele County Attorney's Office and Teen Challenge.
