Steele County Exchange Club’s Night To Prevent Child Abuse

The Exchange Club Center for Family Unity will hold their Night to Prevent Child Abuse this Saturday, June 25, at the Steele County History Center. The event begins at 7PM. Tickets are $10 and will be available at the door. There will be a live and silent auction along with hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar.

Among the items on the live auction will be a half hog with processing. Also, a four-night stay at Laughlin Resort in Laughlin, Nev., including airfare, will be up for bids.

More than 50 themed baskets will make up the silent auction. The themes include Chanhassen Dinner Theatre, Minnesota Zoo, Mall of America, water park tickets, hotel stays, St. Paul Saints tickets and more.

Monday, June 27, the Exchange Club Center for Family Unity will host their fundraising golf tournament. As of this writing there are just a few openings left. It will start at 11AM with a Shotgun Start at Brooktree Golf Course in Owatonna. Entry fee includes a meal and awards ceremony. To sign up, call (507) 363-1118.
