The Steele County Historical Society will host their annual Extravaganza this Sunday, July 16. The event starts at 11:30AM, which a little later than past years. Admission is still free. Some of the new attractions this year will be a mini barn raising. It'll be a chance to see how our ancestors built their barns. There will also be a butterfly lady who will provide information on the importance of this creature. Check out the honey farm demo and also new this year will be an alpaca display.

There will also be the antique tractor show along with slow tractor races and old-time games. The day will also feature demonstrations and music, and all of it is free.

On Sunday there will also be free admission to the History Center where you can check out the World War I exhibit. The Auto and Roads exhibition will be open as well where you can get a look at a DeLorean.  It's the type of car that was featured in the Back to the Future movies.

Sunday's event runs 11:30-4:30PM.
