Owatonna's soccer teams have had their fair share of close matches this season. Tuesday was not one of those days. The girls blanked Red Wing 9-0 with a hat trick from Jordan Whalen according to the Huskies' girls soccer twitter account. OHS (10-3) has eight games that were decided by two goals or less. Owatonna plays at Faribault Thursday at 7PM.

The OHS boys buried the Wingers 9-1 with four goals from Nate Smith, giving him seven in his last two games. Owatonna (6-5-2) has played six games that have been decided by one goal or less. The Huskies entertain Faribault Thursday at 7PM at Lincoln.

OHS girls tennis swept Mankato East 7-0 and close out the regular season Thursday at Mankato West. The Big Nine meet is Saturday in Rochester. Owatonna's girls swimmers outraced Austin 94-70. OHS volleyball fell 3-sets-to-1 to Rochester JM. The Huskies host Mayo Thursday with coverage on KRFO AM 1390 at 7PM.
