Owatonna's three teams combined to go 10-0 and each won its division at the Minnesota State Special Olympics Poly Hockey tournament at the Breck School on Jan. 24-25.

Results from the state tournament:
  • Owatonna Silver Record 4-0: First Place Gold Medal-Division B
  • Owatonna Blue Record 3-0: First Place Gold Medal-Division F
  • Owatonna Black Record 3-0: First Place Gold Medal-Division K
This is the first time in the five-year history of Owatonna Poly Hockey that Owatonna went 10-0 at state competition. I am very proud of the athletes, coaches, parents, staff and spectators who made this all possible.
-Coach Tony David
