Owatonna Schools Closed; Homecoming Parade Delayed

In the wake of severe thunderstorms, the Owatonna School District announced early Friday that the homecoming parade through downtown will begin at 3:30 pm, two hours later than originally planned. All schools in the Owatonna district are closed for Friday, September 21.

The football game is still scheduled for a 7 pm kickoff against Rochester JM at the high school field.

Fareway Foods of Owatonna is hosting a pre-game picnic from 4-6 pm with proceeds benefiting the Owatonna Quarterback Club.
