Owatonna Boys Grab Road Basketball Victory at Winona, Girls Lose at Home

The OHS boys' basketball team won at Winona Friday night 64-60. The Winhawk girls won at Owatonna 73-68. Each game completed a season sweep for the winner.

The Owatonna boys had five players with nine or more points in earning their tenth win in the last eleven games. Jason Williamson scored 14, Dalton Kubista had 11, Andrew Jackson and Alex Raichle had 10 and Jay Sullivan added nine. OHS (13-4 overall, 11-3 Big Nine) travels to Rochester Century Tuesday at 7:30PM on KRFO AM 1390.

The Winona girls topped Owatonna 73-68 despite 35 points from the Huskies' Syd Schultz. OHS (13-5, 11-4) hosts Red Wing Monday for a makeup game.

Owatonna's wrestlers lost to No. 1AA Kasson-Mantorville 50-9. The Huskies wrap up their conference schedule Thursday hosting Faribault at 7PM on KRFO AM 1390.
