The Owatonna High School boys won 61-49 at home while the girls pulled away for a 70-56 win. OHS gymnastics had another solid night scoring 145.5.

The Owatonna boys basketball team completed a season sweep of Mankato West 61-49 to go with a 25-point win earlier this season. On Tuesday, the Huskies trailed at the half but held the Scarlets to 15 points in the second half. Alex Emanuelson scored 22. Mason Thein added 21. Owatonna (12-7 overall, 9-6 Big Nine) hosts top-10-ranked Rochester JM Saturday afternoon at 3PM.

Owatonna's girls basketball team beat Mankato West 70-56 with four players in double figures. Syd Schultz scored 20 points and collected 19 rebounds. Carli Langeland had 17 points. Jenna Zeman and Rachel Williamson had 12 apiece. Owatonna (10-6, 8-4) plays at conference co-leader Rochester JM Saturday at 3PM on KRFO AM 1390.

The Huskies gymnastics team, which set a school record with a 149.4 Saturday at Park of Cottage Grove, scored 145.5 Tuesday while beating No. 9A Austin and remaining unbeaten in Big Nine competition.
