Owatonna High School boys basketball dominated Century 75-53. The OHS girls lost at Mayo 63-33. The gymnasts scored 144.6 while sailing by Northfield.

The OHS boys basketball team shot well and dominated the boards in beating the Panthers on Tuesday night 75-53. Mason Thein led the way with 21 points. Alex Emanuelson scored 13 and Nolan Malo added 11. The Huskies (5-4) host Milwaukee South on Tuesday, December 29, in the first round of the Federated Holiday Tournament.

The Owatonna girls were limited by a swarming Rochester Mayo defense in a 63-33 loss. The No. 4 Spartans held the Huskies to six made field goals in the second half. Owatonna (3-4) plays at St. Cloud Tech in a holiday tournament December 28-29.

Owatonna's No. 3 ranked gymnasts scored 144.6 while beating Northfield. The Huskies' junior varsity outscored the Raiders varsity 129.1-122.
