Owatonna's baseball and softball starters each tossed a three-hit shutout in Tuesday's sweep of Albert Lea. Baseball won 1-0 and softball prevailed 9-0.

Huskies baseball won behind the arm of Jacob Gauthier, who tossed a complete game three-hitter in a 1-0 win. His defense threw out two base runners at home at Fuller Field at Dartt's Park. The Huskies go to Mankato West on Thursday for a 5PM doubleheader. The second game will be on KRFO AM 1390.

OHS softball built a big lead early on their way to a 9-0 win at Albert Lea. Millie Wanous homered again and Kiana Butler added a two-run double. Tiana Blazek threw a three-hitter while striking out six. The Huskies host No. 1 Mankato West at 4PM Thursday at Morehouse Park with the first game on air on KRFO AM 1390.

Owatonna's boys tennis team beat Mankato East 7-0 and lost the Rochester Mayo 7-0. Big Nine Conference action is Saturday in Rochester. OHS boys golf finished third in a triangular meet at the Owatonna Country Club. The scores were Mankato West 322, Rochester JM 335, Owatonna 358.
