Review of the Owatonna High School and area prep sports results from Thursday, April 23.

Owatonna High School baseball rallied from an early 2-0 deficit to beat Rochester Mayo 3-2 in 8 innings at Fuller Field on Thursday. The Huskies host Chanhassen on Friday at 5PM with the game broadcast on KRFO AM 1390 and on the free Radiopup app.

OHS softball out hit Mayo, but lost the game 5-3. Owatonna plays in a tournament in Austin on Friday and Saturday.

The Owatonna boys tennis squad remained unbeaten on the season at 6-0 with a 6-1 victory over Albert Lea on Thursday. The Huskies host Northfield on Friday at 4:30PM in a make-up match.

The Huskies boys lacrosse team lost to St. Paul Central 12-9. OHS travels to Coon Rapids on Saturday afternoon.

OHS girls golf finished sixth at the 11-team Red Wing Invite with a 367. The Huskies go to Winona on Friday to make up a meet postponed earlier this week.

The Owatonna boys golfers lost to Northfield on Thursday. The Raiders shot a 317. Owatonna carded 337, one shot ahead of Winona.
