Owatonna High School's adapted floor hockey team lost 11-5 to Anoka-Hennepin at the state tournament at Bloomington Jefferson High School. Action continues on Saturday.

The Huskies will play in the consolation semifinals Saturday morning March 14 at 10:30 a.m. against St. Cloud Area. The winner will play in the consolation finals. All games are at Bloomington Jefferson High School.

Owatonna's wrestling team will host a meet-and-greet event Saturday afternoon at Sparetime Entertainment. Coaches and wrestlers will be on hand before the weekly bingo session, which begins at 3 p.m. The OHS wrestlers are coming off a good season with a second place in the Big Nine Conference. They advanced to the section semifinals and six Huskies qualified for the state tournament. Freshman Peyton Robb won a state title at 106 pounds. Brandon Moen, Alex Green, and Tanner Cole all earned medals.

Section girls basketball champions were crowned on Friday night. Dover-Eyota beat Plainview-Elgin-Millville 71-62 in overtime in the 1AA finals to advance to state. Lyle / Pacelli defeated Filmore Central 47-36 in the 1A final.

At the state boys basketball tournament, Friday's results set the field for the championship games on Saturday.

Melrose Area upset the No. 1-ranked St. Croix Lutheran 55-40

Class AAA title: DeLaSalle vs. St. Paul Johnson, 5 p.m.
Class AAAA title: Champlin Park vs. Apple Valley, 8 p.m.
