The Steele County 4-H has added some new activities for this week's Steele County Free Fair. In the 4-H Exhibit Building, you'll find the Food and Farm display where youth can explore a dairy parlor, a corn field or a machine shed. Youth are invited to try the My American Farm app. They can test out their farming skills with this tool.

Also new is the 4-H Scavenger Hunt which will take place from 11-2PM on Friday. Kids can stop by the 4-H Exhibit Building between 11-1PM and pick up a passport and activity sheet. Youngsters will then need to tour the livestock exhibits and seek out the specially placed posters which will provide the answers to questions on their passport. When you've completed your passport, bring it to the 4-H Food Stand and get your reward.

And of course check out the great work done by our 4-H youth in the 4-H Exhibit Building. Dates for the fair are August 14-19.
