Owatonna High School senior Carter McCauley has won the Regional honor in the high school league's AAA Award contest.

The award recognizes a students success in Arts, Athletics and Academics. By winning the regional honor, McCauley will compete with other students from around Minnesota for the state-wide honor.

McCauley was all-state in BOTH soccer and football this fall, on teams that each won a Big Nine title and went to state. He also excels in music and gets high grades.
