Owatonna Marching Band Festival Results
Saturday, June 18, was a sunny day and was just right for a parade. The seventh annual Harry Wenger Marching Band Festival took place with just marching bands, no floats or other units. Marching bands from all over Minnesota showed up to compete. Owatonna was in the parade, but did not compete.
