Luke Bryan turned to social media to vent his frustrations toward American Airlines after repeated flight delays on Thursday (Aug. 4).

It's unclear where the singer was headed, but from the tone of his tweets, he probably didn't get there on time.

To make it worse, the singer's delayed flight was late at night. He turned to Twitter to vent his frustration at 11:31PM, writing that the the transportation system is "forever flawed." Twenty minutes later he explained that there was some sort of problem with the flight attendant's seat, saying incredulously, "I can't make this up."

The weary superstar apparently hadn't taken off nearly an hour later, when he posted another disgruntled update. But things finally worked out ... well, sort of. Just before 1AM on Friday morning (Aug. 5), Bryan sent one last tweet, saying that things were finally resolved and the plane had taken off. Normally not one for complaining in public, Bryan also added, "I take it all back," but anybody who's been through the ordeal that is modern-day American air travel can't really blame the singer for his temporary Twitter rage.

Bryan's been traveling an awful lot lately. He's been out on the road with Dustin Lynch and Little Big Town on his Kill the Lights Tour, which runs through September. Bryan's latest single from Kill the Lights is "Move," the fifth song from the project to surface at country radio. Bryan's previous single, "Huntin', Fishin' and Lovin' Every Day," gave the superstar yet another No. 1 hit.
