Lonsdale Teen Injured in Waseca County Crash

An 18 year old from Lonsdale was critically injured in a crash in Waseca County near Otisco on Monday morning.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol report Tyler Joseph Montanye was driving southbound on Hwy 13 and reportedly crossed the center line and struck a semi being driven by 66 year old James Edward Enevoldsen of New Richland.

It is unkown if Montanye was wearing a seat belt. He was transported to North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale, with life threatening injuries. Enevoldson was not injured.

The Waseca County Sheriff’s office provided assistance. No other details are available.
