Little Theatre of Owatonna Scholarship Deadline is March 27

Little Theatre Owatonna is seeking candidates for its 2015 Veta Alexander scholarship. The application deadline is Friday, March 27. 

Graduating high school students who have been accepted at an accredited two- or four-year college for a full-time course of study and have an interest in the performing arts are eligible. Recipients are selected based on academic record, community involvement, leadership quality, school activities and theater involvement.

Details and application forms can be found on the Little Theatre of Owatonna website or students can ask their guidance counselors. Two recommendations are also required. All application components should be postmarked by March 27. Items should be mailed to Gaylene Steckleberg / LTO Chairperson, P.O. Box 64, Owatonna, MN  55060.

Winners will be announced in late April or early May. They will be recognized on the opening night of the LTO summer production, "The Producers," on Thursday, June 18.
