Joey + Rory weren't big winners during Monday night's (Feb. 15) Grammy Awards, but there's no hard feelings.

On Tuesday (Feb. 16), the husband-and-wife duo shared on Instagram a photo of the medal they received from the Recording Academy to commemorate their nomination for Best Country Duo / Group Performance at the 2016 Grammy Awards. Joey + Rory lost the category to Little Big Town, but the nod alone, they write, was "more than enough."

Joey + Rory did not attend the Grammy Awards festivities in Los Angeles themselves, due to Joey Feek’s ongoing battle with terminal cancer; instead, they watched the ceremonies from Indiana, with their daughter and Joey Feek's parents and sisters. Joey Feek wanted her husband to go -- she even bought him a plane ticket -- but he wouldn't leave her side.

“I can’t leave her. I won’t,” Rory Feek explained in a blog post prior to the Grammys. “I have done many foolish things and made lots of mistakes in my life, but this isn’t going to be one of them.”

Joey + Rory were well represented at the 2016 Grammy Awards, however: Their daughters Heidi and Hopie, as well as their manager Aaron, went to L.A. to attend in their place.

Heidi Feek shared plenty of Instagram photos from their trip -- including one to let fans know that a little piece of Joey + Rory made the trip with them. Joey Feek had recently given Heidi and Hopie some of her favorite jewelry -- a bracelet and a ring, both with "J+R" inscribed -- and the two women wore them to the awards.

The month of February has been a big one for Joey + Rory so far: They released their final album, Hymns That Are Important to Us, earlier this month, and on Wednesday (Feb. 17), they will celebrate daughter Indiana's second birthday.
