The Friendship Train travels through Southern MN raising funds for Camp Winnebago in Caledonia. Funds go toward scholarships for those attending camp.  They start their day around 5:30 am and stop every two hours or so. The drivers come from all around the country, including Missouri and Alabama.   There were stops in:

  • Clarks Grove and Hollandale,
  • Hollandale, Moscow and Austin,
  • Austin and Lyle.

They are making their way to Camp Winnebago in Caledonia on Saturday the 28th.

They stayed overnight in Ellendale Sunday night.  Here's how the train looked passing my house Monday morning ... on their way to Geneva and then Clarks Grove. Video follows pictures.  Look for the big, white hand waving and the horses having their say!
