Rice Lake,  (KROC AM News) - A former longtime Rochester high school tennis coach is scheduled to be arraigned in Wisconsin later this month on charges involving child sex crimes stemming from an undercover police operation.

Three felonies were filed in July against 59-year-old Kevin Rust, who now has a Minnetonka address.

According to the criminal complaint in the case, Rust was arrested in Rice Lake, Wisconsin in June after responding to an online ad posted by a police officer pretending to be a 15-year-old girl.

Court records show Rust made an initial appearance in Barron County Court July 2nd and he later posted $5,000 bail. He was ordered back to court Sept 26th for the arraignment.

Rust coached girls and boys tennis at Lourdes High School from 1982-2009 and his teams and players won numerous state championships.
