Faribault Parks & Rec Offers Computer Classes

Faribault Parks & Rec offers ABCs of Computers. This class is for adults new to computers, and those who have a basic understanding. The goal is to help students gain confidence in computer skills. Small hands-on classes are held in a relaxed environment with on-screen lectures. Students will finish the 10-hour program with a broader knowledge, and the ability to reinforce it with handouts from class. Each student has a computer in class. The basics of mouse control, starting/ending programs, changing settings, and Word, Excel, Internet and email software are covered.
