December 17 Is The Deadline To Apply For Toys For Tots

For those who missed the Steele County Toys for Tots application deadline, you will have the chance to apply in person for toys on Thursday, December 17. Stop by Trinity Lutheran Church in Owatonna at 609 Lincoln Ave. between 5-7PM.

You will need to bring the following:

• A photo ID card and proof of Steele County residency. You may bring along a utility or phone bill or something that will show that you live in Steele County.

You will also be asked to prove that your school-age children 15 and younger are in a Steele County school or are being homeschooled in the county. Bring along a school ID card, or a report card or a school lunch receipt.

Emailed applications will not be accepted. Children must be 15 or younger as of December 31, 2015, to qualify for the Steele County Toys for Tots program.
