Dairy Education Seminar

The U of M Extension and the Farm Service Agency will offer a free dairy education seminar this Wednesday to help farmers make decisions brought about by the 2014 Farm bill. The session will be October 1 from 1-3pm at the Waseca Experimental Station.

Dairy producers have until November 28th to enroll in the Dairy Margin Protection Program. This new program aims to reduce producers' exposure to catastrophic losses through risk management. You can find out more by contacting your extension office.
