Culturfest is Saturday

Sue Schroeder and Rod Baker stopped by AM 1390 for Talk of the Town and discussed this Saturday's Culturfest. New this year is the Culture Race at 7am. Those who would like to march under their flag are asked to assemble at the Northwoods Theater at 10. The event itself runs 10:30 till 4 with free admission at the Wilson School. Stage performers include the Okee Dokee Brothers, Dance Revels Moving History, Jang Mi Dance and Drum, the Mongolian Circus, the National Eagle Center and the Geography Bee. There will also be demonstrations and ethnic foods throughout the day. There are also many opportunities to learn. Rod and Sue share an example of something that they have learned from Culturfest.
