The Bethlehem Academy Cardinal baseball team opened up Subsection 1A West play with a come-from-behind win at Bell Field on Thursday. Blooming Prairie opened up the scoring first. As we went into the sixth inning, the score was tied. In the top of the seventh, Blooming Prairie took the lead 2-1. The Cardinals were down to their last out with the bases loaded in the seventh when Anthony Van Thomme hit one into the gap and brought two runners in to get the win. Riley Olsen took the loss for BP, which ends their season at 3-19 and Van Thomme  got the win for the Cardinals.

BA will play the winner of Lyle Pacelli vs. Southland at 10AM Saturday in Austin.

Van Thomme was our State Farm Insurance Agents of Faribault player of the game.
