Blades Hockey with a home weekend October 24, 25, 26

The Steele County Blades Junior Hockey team won't be making any long bus trips in the near future. The Blades will host a weekend of action at Four Seasons in Owatonna.

The Blades opened a nine-game home-stand with a spirited effort against unbeaten Rochester Sunday October 19. (The Ice Hawks won 4-1.) Even with the set back, the Blades are 7-3 on the season. Steele County will host the Dells Ducks & Minnesota Owls this weekend at Four Seasons in Owatonna. The Ducks are perched atop the standings in the Minnesota Junior Hockey league.
